Membership Application

How to Join:
*Note: Two active members, in good standing, must endorse your application. 

Print the forms below and mail the complete forms to the Membership Chair, who's address will be listed at the end of the form.

You must attend two SHCGG general meetings at which your application will be read to the attending members.

Your application will be voted upon by secret ballot and the SHCGG Corresponding Secretary will notify you of the result of the vote. Newly elected members are given 30 days from the date of notification to pay the annual dues.
